2. Free Forever Plan
To ensure that TradeJora meets your trading needs, we offer a Free Forever plan that gives you permanent access to core features including 1 trading account, daily journal, 1 playbook, and manual trade logging — with no time limit and no credit card required. You may upgrade to Premium at any time to access advanced tools, analytics, and unlimited features.
3. Cryptocurrency Payments
Subscription renewals or purchases completed using cryptocurrency are subject to the immutable nature of the blockchain. Since blockchain transactions are mathematically irreversible, cryptocurrency payments are **strictly non-refundable** under any circumstances.
4. Cancellations & Renewals
You have the freedom to cancel your active subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will maintain access to your Pro features for the remainder of your current pre-paid billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be billed to your account. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
