To ensure that TradeJora meets your trading needs, we provide a **5-day free trial** of TradeJora Pro for all new users. This trial gives you complete, risk-free access to all features. You may cancel your subscription at any point during the trial period via your billing settings page, and you will not be charged.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments

Subscription renewals or purchases completed using cryptocurrency are subject to the immutable nature of the blockchain. Since blockchain transactions are mathematically irreversible, cryptocurrency payments are **strictly non-refundable** under any circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Renewals

You have the freedom to cancel your active subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will maintain access to your Pro features for the remainder of your current pre-paid billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be billed to your account. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
